All of our courseware is designed to enhance learning through reinforcement of new concepts, the combination of skills to achieve outcomes, and the courseware presentation with icon based learning, fresh new layouts, and creative exercies.

Our professional range of courseware provides this enhanced learning through:

• Modular presentation, each providing one area of understanding. Each module has its own set of prerequisites, learning outcome, objectives, and timing.
• Each module is split into lessons, each covering one concept. Each section of a Lesson provides for further reinforcement of the new concept presented. Each Lesson contains:
  • Explanation of the concept
  • 'How To' section which provides a short summary of alternative methods
  • 'Hands On' section which guides a user step by step through the implementation of the concept, with the screens and response expect from the computer
  • 'Skills Review Exercise' section that has an exercise that can be undertaken by users that will test the skills gained from the lesson
• At the end of the lessons is a Final Final Skills Review section. This section contains an exercise that can be undertaken by users that will test all the skills gained from all the lessons in the module. Each Final Skills Review will build on Final Skills Reviews from previous Modules in this handbook. The purpose of the Final Skills Review is not only to combine the skills learnt within a Module, but to also combine the skills learnt in the entire course. (This sections may be structured differently in some of our Professional Courseware Range.)
• There is a Summary section at the end of the Module which outlines all the concepts and methods covered within the Module. This includes menu items, toolbar icons, and shortcut keys where appropriate used within the Module. The purpose of this section is to reinforce the new concepts contained within the Module and provide a handy quick reference.
• The worked examples used in our courseware (supplied electronically) are designed to engage users by being creative, but also to enable users to concentrate of the new concepts and not complete a "typing course".
• Each section within our courseware is marked by icons, to provide consistency and ease of usage. There is a guide to the icons used in the front of each manual.
