What is Office Automation?

Quite simply, Office Automation is the customisation of your current computer applications to make your everyday office taskes more easy, faster and consistent across your organisation.

These applications may be your word processing, spreadsheets, email, or presentation.

For word processing this could apply to simple items such as letterheads, faxes, memos, or quite complex including customer documentation, technical documentation, annual reports or customising contracts.

For spreadsheets this could apply to monthly budgets, management accounts, sales reps expenses, or engineering calculations.
