A liquefied gas supplier was required to provide sound power level spectrums for its fleet of trucks for contractual purposes. Within a space of two hours three (3) prime movers and trailers were fully tested by one-third octaves by multi-point dual surface conformal sound power testing (and for also for maximum drive by noise level). Inbuilt cross checks within the testing procedure ensured that the final results were accurate to within ±1dB(A).
